This lot was picked very early and lightly steamed to preserve the freshness of Saemidori emerald green first flush buds and young leaf shoots. It brews a shimmering green and clear dew drop infusion with a lasting sweetness that is backed with the refreshing minerality of Kirishima's volcanic soil grown organic tea gardens.
